Are you looking for the fastest way to lose weight? Are you looking to lose 10, 20, 30 or more pounds quickly? Well you're in luck. There are several ways for you to lose weight fast but each and every one of them requires some effort and commitment on your part.

To be clear, every single one of these methods will work better if you add exercise to it. You don't have to run a marathon or go to the gym for 2 hours a day 7 days a week. Even walking 15-20 minutes several times a week will help speed along your quest to lose weight quickly.




There are 3 main ways to lose weight fast.

1) Eliminate all liquids except for water from your diet and drink at least half your body weight (in pounds) worth of water a day. That means if you weight 200lbs you should be drinking 100oz of water.

2) Make sure you don't go more than 4 hours in between eating something and make sure that you eat breakfast and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed.

3) Walk everywhere you can. Park farther away at the store. Don't take elevators or escalators if you can avoid them. Walk up stairs.

These are the three fastest ways to lose weight that I know. By just following these 3 easy steps outlined above you'll be able to lose the weight quickly and build yourself a solid foundation for you weight loss goals.

Remember, with any change in your diet or exercise routines you need to make sure you consult with a doctor, especially if you supplement your weight loss plans with any supplements.
