Epithelial Ovarian Cancer Proven Mechanism

Ovarian cancer is a common malignancy of the female, the five-year survival rate of only 25 percent. The main reason is the clinical comparison occult, the lack of specificity of the early indications of disease. In recent years, research suggests that the abnormal epithelial ovarian cell proliferation in ovarian cancer is the most early changes. Professor Joe Yuhuan immunohistochemical technique ABC method, the analysis of 35 cases of normal ovarian tissue, 21 cases of cystadenoma, 40 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer and 19 cases of metastasis omentum corresponding organizations such as maspin in the tumor suppressor gene, p53 and tumor metastasis suppressor gene in ovarian cancer nm23 changes in the process of changing laws, and these changes with changes in cell proliferation, such as the proliferation of nuclear antigen (PCNA). The results showed that: from normal ovarian tumor adenoma to the junction to ovarian cancer, with PCNA labeling index of ovarian cancer increased with increasing levels of different types of ovarian tissue maspin expression of the basic agreement, maspin expression in cancer tissues rate was significantly lower than that of epithelial ovarian, adenoma and the junction of maspin expression of tumor, and ovarian cancer with increasing levels of decline in serous ovarian cancer p53 expression was significantly higher than that of mucinous carcinoma and endometrioid cancer, with elevated levels of ovarian tissue, p53 labeling index gradually increased ovarian cancer and its corresponding greater omentum metastasis gene expression above no significant difference.



These results prove that: PCNA can to a certain extent reflect the malignant ovarian cancer, and to understand the process and the development of benign and malignant lesions have some value; maspin gene in ovarian cancer is another important process of molecular change, and ovarian the degree of differentiation of cancer was positively correlated with nm23 gene related to the occurrence of ovarian cancer, and ovarian cancer cell differentiation in the process of being from the regulatory role of p53 gene mutation in serous ovarian cancer in the development of greater significance, and histological grading of ovarian cancer was positively related to p53 and PCNA labeling index was linear correlation, and nm23 and maspin and cell proliferation was negatively correlated.
