Small kiosk I would say. Staff on duty with the name Wendy on the name tag, is so rude.
Ordered Food:
I've bought 4 boxes of 12pieces chocolate, with 4 alcohol flavours in each box.
My verdict:
It was a terrible experience. The staff on duty is horrible.
My husband and I were looking at some gifts for my In-Laws and friends back in the States. We asked for her assistance as we haf some enquiries, and she simply juz show us her hands and ask us to wait while she's packing some chocolates. We waited, and when she attend to us, not even an apology, she told us abt the chocolates and said they were imported directly frm belgium. And of course we believed her. And I muz say, even someone half her age would understand the term of CUSTOMER SERVICE. All I can say is that she's very reluctant to serve my husband and me.
When I brought the chocolates back to home which will only take 18hrs of flight, I un-wrapped 1 of them and realised there's crack lines on the chocolates. That's not possible if the chocolates is not on display for a long time. That's not the worse.
My In-Laws called me after trying their so-called Authentic Belgium Chocolates. They were so dissapointed. They have been to Lumont before, and as per them, these chocolates i've bought is definately not from there. The taste is just so different. I'm truly dissapointed as i've paid so much for such a poor service and low quality chocolates.
I believe all the consumers out there have the rights to know the truth about the origin of the ingredients and manufacturing. And if we are going to pay a higher amount for chocolates, we all expect it to be different from the ones we can easily get from the supermarkets.
One last thing, the alcohol flavour tat has Rum in it. It doesn't taste like Rum at all. If u go to bars, u'll realise it like me.
About the restaurant:
After reading the comment by the 2 customers, i recall about this incident that took place at AMK hub last week. I was shopping with my mum and the display of the chocolates reali stopped our steps and look at it. So, we decided to buy the chocolates and try it.
But to my surprise, the staff i dont remember her name but she is quit short with short hair and specs was talking on the phone happily yet my mum and i was still standing there forlike 10 mins and wait. Hey! Is this kind of service we should get? I pay money yet i need to wait for the staff. What is this? I dun expect really good service from the staff but just a simple Hi or smile i dun even get from her. It reali piss me off. So when she hang up her phone, she did came to us but that was onli when my face was reali BLACK!! We asked her questions regarding the types of chocolates but she seems like she dun even have an simple knowledge about the chocolates we've asked. To me, she just want to quickly finish serving us and let us go. I dont tink i'm being treated like a customer more to begger i would say. Is all your staff having the same attitude as her? If so, i might as well go 7-11 to buy a chocolate bar that cost many times cheaper as the cashier from the counter at least give me a smile. I think the company should do something about it. As a customer yourself you should know what kind of service you would want to.

My verdict:
I'll never go back as the service was really bad.. Even my mum as a simple women would get angry.
About the restaurant:
wow i nvr knew this auntie is that bad... she seems to be nice to me because sometimes when i went to buy muffins from her... she would give mi an extra muffin without charging mi a cent... and of cos... i am her regular customer... food was ok but because there's free stuff... so who doesn't wan some?
