My verdict:
The kebabs were exactly as these should be - Juicy but well done, with the minced meat fused together because of slow grilling & the fat. And it goes best with raw onion & rice, that it came with.
The Lamb Shank Stew was brilliant.
With the meat perfectly formed on the bone, but extremely tender. Although, I would have preferred it to come with more gravy
Bottomline: If you want to tast authentic Kebabs in Singapore, this is the place.
