The duration of your use of the Service is strictly limited to 1 hour only (the “Term”), commencing immediately upon payment of our Service License Fee. Upon expiration of the Term, you shall immediately cease using each and every part of the Service;
You shall only access the Service from our portal at www.streetdirectory.com;
You shall not let any third party have access to the Service;
You shall use the Service only for your private and personal purposes, research, reference and/or educational study. You are to purchase the 1 week corporate license (Extended service) if you wish to use the Service for any corporate or work related purposes.
You shall otherwise not use the Service for commercial gain or profit unless you purchase the Extended Service. Specifically, you shall not copy or modify or reproduce any part of or content comprising the Service;
You shall not use the Service as part of any computer network, such as a local area network or Intranet, or such network that may be under your care or control, and/or that allows multiple users access whether or not simultaneously;
You shall not save any part of the Service onto any storage device (including a portable device) or reduce any part of the Service into a tangible or hardcopy medium and/or howsoever distribute the same;
The following terms will apply only if you have purchased the Extended Service and have fully paid our Extended Service Licence Fee;
The Extended Service allows you to use the Service for an additional period of 7 days (the “Extended Term”);
You are also permitted during the Extended Term to save one copy of the map image (reflecting your input parameters, if any) only, onto a single personal computer or storage device (including a portable device);
You are aware and agree that any saved map image will lose all dynamic and/or interactive features, that is to say it shall be a static image;
You may also save your customized map image (reflecting your input parameters) to your membership account and access the same during the Extended Term.
You shall at no time save any other content or part of the Extended Service;
You shall not alter or modify any map image or create any derivative work(s) there from or reduce any part of the Extended Service into a tangible or hardcopy medium and/or howsoever distribute the same or make multiple copies of any map image or allow the same to be accessible from any Internet website. Should you wish to do any act(s) beyond the scope of this Service, You are required to purchase the necessary licences from us.
You shall, upon expiration of the Term cease using each and every part of the Extended Service and shall irretrievably destroy any saved map image;
All other terms and conditions of the Service, as stated above, in particular pertaining to your scope and purposes of use, shall apply similarly to the Extended Service;
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
